The Digital Attitude provides short-term Coaching and long-term Mentoring programs in Project Management.

The Digital Attitude offers on-site, and Telecoaching programs (via Skype, WebEx, or FaceTime) depending on the needs of the individual or team.

Organizational coaching is not like sports coaching. The goal for organizational coaching is about the individual and what they learn through the process. “Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” (John Whitmore, Coaching for Performance).

Coaching achieves a short-term performance goal. The focus is on immediate improvement in a particular skill or on particular project task.

The Digital Attitude executes short-term coaching plans to achieve immediate goals and assess the need for any long-term training or mentoring as well.

"A lot of people have gone further than they thought they could because someone else thought they could." - Unknown

Mentoring is provided to an individual or team to achieve a long-term goal. Our Mentors focus on facilitating learning through hands-on guidance in the practice of good project management: the development of deliverables and  the execution and controlling of the processes.

Experience and leadership give our Mentors the ability to provide industry tested advice, share knowledge and best practices, and teach using a low pressure, self-discovery approach.

The Digital Attitude provides Project Management Mentoring Programs that provide insight and guidance to individuals and teams worldwide.
