We approach each of our engagements with fresh eyes and develop custom-made strategies for each client. Improving project performance by educating and supporting individuals and teams in project management is our core focus. Handling project complexity, business disrupters, and chaos through the implementation of best practices is our forte.

PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT INNOVATOR & FOUNDER
Lorian is best known for how she approaches life and work - with passion. She uses her expertise in project management, corporate learning, and digital business to transform global companies, like IBM and DXC Technology, through educating and enhancing the competency of their workforce and ensuring best practices in project delivery. She has provided consulting and project management services worldwide on IT and development projects from implementing software-as-a-service (SaaS) to designing and delivering multi-national complex system integration.
Whether listening to her in the classroom, at a conference, or reading her blog, Lorian shares her expertise and wealth of life experiences in a clear, no nonsense way, that makes complex concepts simpler and empowers the listener.
